Gatt Wines Accent Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 is an estate‑grown Barossa cabernet that combines the region’s richness with a surprisingly elegant, finely structured frame. It comes off Barossa vineyards on rich loam soils and enjoyed a long, slow ripening season, then 16 months in predominantly new and second‑fill French oak for extra depth and polish. In the glass, Gatt Accent Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 shows deep garnet colour, opening with a plummy nose lifted by hazel and blackberry.
