Greywacke Chardonnay 2022 (12 Bottles) Omaka Valley, Marlborough

Greywacke Chardonnay 2022 from Marlborough is a powerful, mealy, oak‑fermented chardy that marries ripe stone fruit with flinty, smoky complexity in a very grown‑up style. Aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon curd, candied orange rind and nectarine mesh with toasted hazelnut, brioche, roasted nuts, curry leaf and a faint struck‑flint edge. The palate is dry, full‑flavoured and textural, layered with golden peach and caramelised fig over a chalky, mineral spine and zesty citrus finish.
