Haddow + Dineen Private Universe Pinot Noir 2022 from Tasmania’s Tamar Valley is an intensely Tasmanian, small‑batch Pinot drawn from low‑yielding vines on white quartz gravel at Yorktown, made with a philosophy of “maximum consideration” rather than minimalist winemaking. Around 50% whole bunch, wild ferment, and bottling unfined and unfiltered give this Private Universe Pinot Noir serious aromatic lift, spice and textured complexity.
