Henri Prudhon Saint-Aubin Blanc “Le Ban” is a village-level Chardonnay from multiple hillside parcels in Saint-Aubin. No new oak is used; élevage is about 6-8 months in used barrels. It opens with aromas of ripe pear, white apple compote, wet stone and white flowers. The palate is generous, medium-bodied and precise, balanced by a fresh acidity and mineral undertones.
