Hobbs Tango Shiraz Viognier 2021 from the Barossa Ranges is a vibrant, Rhone,inspired red, co,fermented from estate Shiraz and a splash of Viognier to create a deeply coloured, aromatic and seriously classy expression that dances between power and lift. In the glass, Hobbs Tango Shiraz Viognier 2021 shows deep red to dark maroon colour with a purple rim, giving off floral aromatics, apricot kernel and blossom over ripe raspberries, blackberries, satsuma plum, spice and warm earth.
