Experience the finesse of Hochkirch Tarrington Chardonnay 2024 from John and Jennifer Nagorcka's Demeter-certified biodynamic Tarrington vineyard in Henty, southwest Victoria. Grown on basalt, gravel and clay soils in a warm 2024 vintage that delivered excellent concentration, this medium-bodied Chardonnay underwent full malolactic conversion in 500L French puncheons with no added SO2, unfined and unfiltered for classical cool-climate purity at 12.5% alcohol. Complex leesy characters balance pristine stonefruit, citrus and unmistakable acidity softened into creamy texture with vivid minerality.
