Sourced from the estate's oldest vines on gravelly basalt loams, this pinnacle Pinot ferments wild with foot treading, 25% whole bunches in open vessels, then matures 14 months in mostly old French oak, minimal sulphur preserves bright cherry fruit, spice, savoury earth, beetroot hints and silky texture with persistent freshness and symphonic complexity.
