The vineyard is planted on a north-facing slope, at about 250 meters elevation, with dry farming and no synthetic chemicals used. The wine shows pale yellow color with evident skin contact, expressing a sweet lemon and citrus nose alongside wet stone minerality. The palate offers sweet Riesling fruit layered over a dry, lively acid backbone, finishing with an engaging touch of noble phenolic bitterness.
