Experience the finesse of Hochkirch Syrah 2022 from John and Jennifer Nagorcka's Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyard in Tarrington, Henty, southwest Victoria. Hand-harvested from 10- to 30-year-old vines on basalt, gravel and loam soils, 75% destemmed Shiraz ferments wild in open vessels with 25% whole bunches, then matures 14 months in old French oak, no fining, minimal sulphur for pure cool-climate expression at 13% alcohol.
