Home Hill Estate Pinot Noir 2023 from Tasmania’s Huon Valley is a richly fruited, cool‑climate Pinot with deep ruby colour, lifted sweet red cherry and blueberry fruit, and that signature Home Hill mix of perfume and plushness. On the nose and palate it layers dark cherry, strawberry, boysenberry and blueberry with forest floor, mushroom, dried herbs, chocolate, almond and a touch of vanilla, framed by fine, chalky tannins and a long, silky, elegant finish.
