The Pinot Noir for Vox Pop is 100% single vineyard, to be even more precise we have taken MV6 clone Pinot Noir from the highest South East facing aspect of the Amadio vineyard just outside the hamlet of Kersbrook. We harvest the fruit at the coolest part of the night and have the truck engine running as the last bin comes in, ready for the short drive and immediate transition into the winery.
