Jericho Pinot Noir, Meunier & Gris Rosé 2022 from the Adelaide Hills is a pale salmon‑pink, cool‑climate rosé that looks delicate but has plenty of flavour and texture, blending three Pinot family varieties for lift, savoury detail and refreshment.
