We didn’t set out to make a single block wine but a number of emotional factors influenced the decision. It was decided that it would be sacrilegious to blend away its uniqueness. The next and more profound influence was the fact that the founder of Juniper, Roger Hill, tragically died a couple of months after the 2013 vintage. Roger’s vision was to make a truly great Margaret River Cabernet.
