Kaesler Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, crafted by Reid Bosward in the Barossa Valley, is a fine expression of the region’s depth and polish. Aromas of cassis, blackberry and dark plum unfold with hints of cedar, tobacco leaf and subtle spice. The palate is structured yet refined, with ripe black fruits framed by firm tannins and a graphite-like minerality lending poise. Medium to full-bodied, it carries excellent balance and a long, savoury finish.
