It takes the classic Barossa template of ripe dark fruit, a touch of oak and smooth structure, then layers in extra complexity via multiple varieties while staying bright and approachable. In the glass, expect bright purple‑red colour with dominant blackcurrant and mint‑choc notes, backed by blue and black fruits, dried herbs, subtle spice and a little chocolate and floral lift.
