One of the great grapes of the wine world, producers such as the late Trevor Mast, Belinda Thompson, John Nagorcha, Lew Knight, Clemens Bush, Peter Lauer, Arthur Ostertag, just to name a few have all been very inspiring along the way on the riesling consumption journey. I like to produce riesling with a very simple approach, no fuss, its all about the site being harvested at exactly the right time to express where its from with no tricks.
