The Classic Clare Cabernet Sauvignon is produced only in outstanding vintages. The hand harvested fruit was small batch. open fermented, basket pressed and matured in French oak barriques before bottling and maturation. Displaying a complex array of blackcurrant, choc-mint and spice aromas, the wine flows onto the palate powerfully with red fruits, cassis and spice building to a long and concentrated finish.
