Premium Estate grown McLaren Vale Shiraz from our Farm Block, situated in front of The McLaren Vale Shiraz is a full-bodied wine with great depth and finesse. Our 'Farm' block just to the south of McLaren Vale township provides the black loam soil over clay that limits yields and encourages small berries to produce the rich Shiraz fruit for this wine. Harvesting was at night to take advantage of cooler temperatures. Bunches were de-stemmed then allowed to ferment for 7-10 days on skins before pressing.
