Fully barrel fermented and aged for 11 months in new French puncheons, it delivers vibrant stone fruit and citrus flavors, with oak-derived toast and spice supporting the palate. The wine shows incredible acidity with a pH of 3.14 after complete malolactic fermentation, contributing to its remarkable longevity. Tasting notes include quince, green nectarine, white peach, lively mineral tension, and hints of vanilla and clotted cream.
