This is a delicious single vineyard Sauvignon from Totness in the Adelaide Hills. Oozes with exotic fruits, tropical forest and zesty notes with a mouthwatering saline quality, loosely held together by some time in oak. Naturally, no additions at all, but this is crunchy and pure, with lovely depth of flavour.
