This year's rosé is a Chardonnay dominant blend, with just a dash of Pinot Noir,it's light, bright and just all-around delicious. Delightfully delicate in the glass with light red fruits playing perfectly with bright acidity, while the Chardy sits upfront and adds a certain moreish-ness that lends itself particularly well alongside a freshly grilled, whole fish.
