Lunar Apoge Lirac White 2020 (12 Bottles) Rhone Valley, France

Lunar Apogé Lirac White comes from Domaine des Carabiniers in the Lirac appellation, Southern Rhône, under Christian Leperchois, and is certified biodynamic. The varietal blend (50% Marsanne, 25% Roussanne, 25% Viognier) is vinified with indigenous yeasts, fermented at ~17°C, and sees lees stirring to build texture. Expect a robe of golden yellow, aromas of white flowers, apricot and citrus blossom.
