Lunar Apogé Zero Côtes-du-Rhône is made by Domaine des Carabiniers in the Southern Rhône, from biodynamically-farmed vines near Avignon. Crafted to be preservative-free, it’s 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah, fermented with natural yeasts and harvested at night to preserve freshness. Deep red in colour, the nose shows vibrant red fruits-raspberry, cherry-with hints of spice.
