Matho Prosecco Rosé Brut DOC 2021/2022, produced by Matho in the Veneto region, is a bright, playful sparkling that artfully blends Glera with a touch of Pinot Noir. Its pale rose hue and fine, persistent perlage welcome aromas of wild strawberries, red apple, pear blossom and soft floral notes. On the palate it is dry, light-bodied, with crisp acidity balanced by gentle fruit richness and a minerally streak that lingers through the finish.
