McHenry Hohnen Hazel’s Vineyard GSM 2021 from Margaret River is a vibrant, biodynamic Rhône‑style blend that puts grenache’s red fruits front and centre, supported by syrah and mataro for spice and structure. On the palate, Hazel’s Vineyard GSM 2021 is medium‑bodied, juicy and finely structured, with crunchy red plum and red liquorice wrapped in darker berry, cocoa, coffee‑liqueur and dried‑herb notes. Bright acidity and silky, powdery tannins drive a long, even finish, so it drinks beautifully now but will reward a good 8-10 years in the cellar.
