Minimum Wines Rosé 2023 from the Goulburn Valley is a super smart Aussie take on dry, savoury pink, mostly Sangiovese with a good lick of Syrah, organically grown on the estate and farmed with proper regenerative focus for purity and energy in the glass. The palate is taut but supple, textural and bone dry, with wild-yeast ferment, a touch of skin contact and minimal sulphur giving transparency and real vinosity.
