In the glass, this 2016 Syrah ‘Three Clone blend’ offers bright cherry and red berry fruit with pretty rose-petal perfume, layered over black pepper, cedar shavings and clove spice. It’s drinking beautifully now, but still has the structure to handle a few more years in the cellar if you like your Syrah a bit more savoury and resolved.
