Myattsfield Vermentino (6 Bottles) Perth Hills

Vermentino fruit was sourced from the north end of Perth Hills wine region for this wine. The fruit was gently pressed and fermented in a mixture of stainless steel and ceramic egg. Post fermentation the two portions were blended to produce this crisp, elegant dry white wine that contains subtle pear, sherbert and lemon pith flavours.
