Northern Hope Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir 2020 is a delicate, light-bodied Pinot Noir sourced from a single vineyard in Woodend at 600 -700 meters elevation on volcanic soils. It shows crimson colour, refined texture, and classic cool-climate red fruit flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Aging in 25% new French oak adds a gentle, elegant oak and tannin balance.
