Otherness Skuld Riesling 2023 from Eden Valley is a pristine, cool‑climate riesling that nails that ultra‑refreshing yet seriously structured style South Australia does so well. This Skuld Riesling 2023 is all lime zest and lemon juice up front, with hints of grapefruit pith, crushed stones and white flowers giving a beautifully pure and lifted nose. It will drink brilliantly now with a good chill, but there’s enough line and length here to reward 5-8 years in the cellar as it develops more honeyed, toasty complexity.
