Wild-fermented, unfined and unfiltered, it opens with fragrant notes of red cherry, rose petal, and dried herbs. The palate is light to medium-bodied, juicy and supple, with raspberry, blood orange, and a touch of white pepper, framed by silky tannins and fresh acidity.
