Pepper Tree Limited Release “Venator” Semillon 2023 is an exemplary Hunter Valley Semillon, crafted under the direction of Chief Winemaker Jim Chatto at the Mount View sub-region of Lower Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Crystal pale with green hues, it opens with piercing lemon rind, lime cordial and white blossom aromas. On the palate it is intense yet elegant: taut citrus flavours overlaid with wet stone minerality, precise acidity delivering structure and a finish that is long, clean and driven.
