Pepper Tree Single Vineyard “Alluvius” Semillon 2022 is crafted under Head Winemaker Gwyn Olsen from the Casuarina vineyard in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Pure aromas of lemongrass, lime zest and Meyer lemon lead into a palate that is beautifully intense yet finely balanced - linear acid, taut citrus impressions and a vivid mineral texture. The wine finishes with great length and drive, revealing earthy, sandy alluvial nuances.
