Pepper Tree Varietal Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2023/24 is a crisp white blend from Pepper Tree Wines, crafted under winemaker Gwyn Olsen in the Hunter Valley and Orange regions, New South Wales. It bursts with passionfruit and gooseberry from the Orange Sauvignon Blanc component, brightened by lemonade-and lime-cordial notes typical of Hunter Valley Semillon. On the palate it is lively, with fresh nettle and lemon, taut acidity, and a dry, crackingly clean finish.
