Pepper Tree Single Vineyard Venus Block Chardonnay 2022 is crafted by winemaker Gwyn Olsen in the high-altitude Venus Block vineyard, Orange, New South Wales. At 800 metres elevation in cool climate, it offers lifted aromas of white peach, stone fruit and hints of fig, entwined with gentle oak spice. The palate is elegant and textured, with rounded weight balanced by bright acid and a long, supple finish.
