Pepper Tree Single Vineyard Stone Mountain Riesling 2023/24 is crafted by Head Winemaker Gwyn Olsen, grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Canobolas at 800 metres in the Orange region, New South Wales. Pale straw in colour, it offers perfumed aromas of orange blossom and ginger spice, followed by a palate of tensile citrus zest - lemon, lime and a hint of green apple - framed by razor-sharp acidity and a long, refined finish. Minerality is pronounced: the volcanic soils impart flinty, wet-stone notes that lift the flavour into elegance.
