Peter Thompson Shiraz Merlot 2018 (12 Bottles) Coonawarra

Shiraz and Merlot grapes treated as though we were making a Pinot Noir. By not having stalks there is no green flavours, just succulent red berry fruit. Cool fermentation has given soft round tannins that respond kindly to the wine being served chilled.
