Preece Shiraz by Mitchelton Wines from Heathcote, Victoria is a deep red wine with bold aromas of dark plum, mulberry, liquorice and hints of chocolate and spice. The palate is rich and full with layers of blackberry, plum and white pepper wrapped in velvety tannins and well-integrated oak. Sourced from Cambrian soils on Mount Burramboot’s slopes, the 2018 vintage won Gold at the Great Australian Shiraz Challenge and scored 91 points from Halliday.
