Natural ferment, 40% whole bunches, hand plunged and foot stomped, then matured in used french oak barrels for 16 months. Boysenberry, black cherry and plum nose, red and black licorice, poached winter fruits, vanilla, pepper and bay leaf. Powerful and rich palate, with a complex flow of fruits, cocoa, spice and gentle oak.
