This certified organic Friuli-inspired dazzler, blending Riesling, Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Ribolla Gialla from mature estate vines, glows light straw with meadow flowers, lemon blossom, jasmine, nutty lees, spicy stone fruits and pithy citrus zest leaping from the glass. The textural palate thrills with wild-fermented depth, fine phenolics, creamy barrel complexity, vibrant acidity, savoury kernel grip and lip-smacking dry finish that builds to harmonious length at 13.2% alcohol.
