Grown on steep slate, granite and clay slopes from 360-700m elevation, this certified organic field blend of 30% Doña Blanca, 30% Treixadura, 30% Godello and 10% Monstruosa bursts with intense white peach, citrus blossom, wet stone minerality, fennel and herbal freshness. The medium-bodied palate coats with fennel, wet stone intensity, fine acidity thread, chalky grip and profound length that builds complexity, naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts, Treixadura skin-contact for textural depth at 13% alcohol.
