Although I would drink 1 bottle of gewürztraminer in 2000 wines, it usually is Rippon. It is such a leading light. Succulent in texture, concentrated flavours but again, a ripple of chalky texture, bright core of mixed-minerally acidity, a chew to finish and this beautiful, lingering, fresh sweetness.
