Rising Pinot Noir 2024 from the Yarra Valley is a vibrant, medium‑bodied Pinot that nails the balance between bright red fruits, savoury detail and silky drinkability. In the glass you get red cherry, strawberry and blood plum, with morello cherry, orange peel, Campari‑like bitters, pressed flowers, thyme and a little ironstone and forest floor. The palate is light to medium‑bodied, juicy and finely structured, showing cherry, wild berries and a peppery, herbal edge, framed by silky tannins from skins and a touch of whole bunch, finishing long, fresh and moreish.
