Rochford Estate Cuvée Sparkling NV (6 Bottles) Yarra Valley

Rochford Estate Cuvée Sparkling NV is crafted from fruit grown on grey clay soils in Yarra Junction and Gruyere within the Yarra Valley. This sparkling is 100% Chardonnay, with part of the wine fermented in old oak barrels for toasty, bread-like complexity, and the rest in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit aromas. It has bright lifted aromas of pear, citrus, and new season apples with hints of guava and passionfruit.
