The Estate Pinot Gris opens with aromas of savoury spice, white florals and some flinty reduction. It’s a refreshing and yet texture-driven wine with notes of pear, white stone fruits and citrusy acids. 2023 was a vintage where a wet spring provided challenges, yet through hard work and perseverance we enjoyed a mild and kind harvest period that has produced wines of vibrancy and finesse.
