Rocky Road Chardonnay 2024 by McHenry Hohnen from Margaret River is a vibrant, modern chardonnay that puts citrus and stone fruit ahead of heavy oak. Expect lemon zest, white peach and nectarine with hints of melon, subtle vanilla and flinty, coastal freshness in a really inviting style. On the palate it’s medium‑bodied, creamy yet tight, with ripe stone fruit and grapefruit pith wrapped in bright acidity and a light cashew/nutty note from older oak and time on lees.
