Thegrapes werepicked in the cool of the night and bottled early to lock in all its fresh characters. COLOUR - Deep purple red NOSE - Full of plum, cherry, spice and Pinosity with a dash of French oak influence PALATE - A smooth, luscious Pinot with a complex palate of red fruits and spicy oak and a dash of that Pinot sour. The 2020 Vintage had hot and dry conditions, allowing fruitto fully ripen, resulting in a wine that is full flavoured, full bodied and full of colour.
