Saint & Scholar Graduates Chardonnay 2023 comes from winemakers Stephen Dew & Reid Bosward, nestled in the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Harvested at dawn and gently pressed, the wine spends three months in 2- to 3-year-old French oak puncheons to build nuance without over-oak. Aromatically it shows kiwi fruit, white peach and melon, followed by palate textures of tropical melon with a touch of lemon curd.
