Save Our Souls Chardonnay 2023, by winemakers Jason Searle & William Downie in the Yarra Valley (Coombe Farm Vineyard), is a mid-weight Chardonnay that elegantly balances fruit and texture. Aromas of stone fruit, almonds and white flowers greet the nose, with subtle oak and honeydew melon enhancing complexity. The palate is soft and round, with natural malolactic fermentation giving creaminess, yet bright acidity keeps freshness.
