Harvesting fruit from three sites in Tarrawarra and Gruyere, the wine opens with aromas of freshly picked cherries, blood plum and mountain herbs, followed by spicy undertones. The palate is fine-boned yet energetic, with bright acidity balancing supple tannins and a long finish. A touch of oak and extended skin contact (14 days) add texture and structure without sacrificing purity.
